Have you ever experienced
singing with musicians in the street? The Flea Market at Amcorp Mall, PJ has a
place just right for you and was once dubbed the biggest indoor flea market
in Klang Valley area. First started in 1998, the flea
market is still going strong today.
I visited a friend
of mine, Audie Chan who was one of the 3 judges for our recent RLC Karaoke
Competition for Heart 1 and Heat 2. He has a stall selling guitars, ukuleles
and other musical paraphilia, both new and old at Ampcorp Flea Market.
The music
enthusiasts would normally come with their assorted musical instruments and
start a jam session. Anyone from the crowd can also participate in it.
A few of us just did
that today. It was fun and certainly this flea market is an ideal place to
spend our time on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
